As part of the D. El. Ed curriculum first semester L.P level Internship I got 'GOVT KVLP School Mukola'. The Internship was last for five days i.e 25/11/2024 to 29/11/2024.

History of school

•Shri Krishnan potty, kadaykkulathu muttavila madom established the school for imparting education to boys in 1914, by the name Krishnavilasam Vanchiyoor Pakuthiyil School,classes were from std 1st to 3rd

•It was handed over to the Govt in 1916,shri k jacob named kalan vadhyar was the first headteacher.

•The first student was velayudhan of thekkeplavila house.

•A single building was was built for the school in 1960 on 50 cents of land.

•Some of the former students of the school are shri sreekumaran nair (retired tahsildar), shri sukumaran nair ( asst. Engineer, retd)....

•At present, the H.M was smt.Renjini mam. There are working 7 teachers and the school has more than 500 childrens.

Duties of H.M

• Act as a role model by upholding integrity, punctuality and dedication.

• manage school operations including timetables, staff schedules and daily routines.

•maintain a open communication with parents and involve them in their childrens education.

•encourage staff collaboration and team work.

•Maintain school records such as attendance, staff appraisal and academic performance.

•promote extracurricular activities and student participation in events.

Duties of SRG

• Provision of facilities for teachers to have motivational and encouraging experiences (book exposure, short video demonstrations, ensuing presence of DIET, AEO, DEO, BRC higher secondary officers.

• Availability of local experts should be ensured where necessary.

• planning for next week study activities, daily schedule, activities in academic master plan(AMP), division of duties.

•planning for provision of necessary support system.

•H.M monitoring reporting and reporting review strengthens and limitations.

•Rescheduling unfinished activities to next week.

Duties of SMC

•Structure and duties of the school management committee. The committee shall consist of elected representatives and teacher representatives

• 50% of committee should be womens.

• monitor and functioning of school

•prepare and recommend for implementation of school development plan.

•Ensure provision of remedial training for children with special needs.

•supervise the utilization of financial assistance received from the state government, local self government or any other agencies.

Duties of PTA

• PTA President, vice present and executive committee members in the general body. The treasurer will be the H.M of the school and executive committee will be elected in the first week of July for a term of one year.

• Dance class training should done by a parent named sadhya suggested in the meeting.

• The funds from PTA can only talking for children's need or school development.

• PTA executive should make sure the representation for primary, high school, higher secondary and VHSE classes.

Duties of MPTA

•MPTA should be formed at the beginning of the academic year itself, general MPTA should meet atleast twice a year.

• classes related to topics empowerment of girls to be organized in committee meeting.

•preparation of class monitoring report by Head Teacher.

•Fixing the agenda in discussion with the convenor and staff secretary.

• Designing and inviting resource person to participation of material to be presented in SRG e.g.like presentation.

Classroom Activities

Chart placed in every corner of class rooms.

All subjects based chart work is placed on class rooms. In this chart work based on shape at 3rd std.

School Resources

•School has a building, a play ground, a garden both flowering plants and vegetables, cooling facilities in each classrooms i.e. fan, lighting also available in each classes.

•Class library is available in 1st std to 4th std and a common library also available in school.

• Teaching resource - material that educators use to help students learn and acquire content area knowledge.

• computer lab is also there in school only one computer is there.

•ICT facilities is also there in school.

School based activity report

As part of 1st semester L.P level Internship i got the school Govt. KVLP School Mukola. It is on 25/11/2024 - 29/11/2024. It was very beautiful days and a great experience to me. As my dream come true days, i could teach students my ideas could tell to students. In this school Montessori class to 4th std classes were available. The teachers and school infrastructure were very calm and good.
